INVESTMENT FOCUS
We acquire businesses that are operationally sound, competitively well-positioned and ready to benefit from our active management. We create value by growing the business, principally through enhanced sales and marketing. Since we are “owner/operators,” we facilitate the exit of existing owners, but we are keenly interested in working with employees who have demonstrated operational excellence and desire take the business to the next level. TARGET INDUSTRIES AND ACQUISITIION CRITERIA
We seek businesses in eastern New England with EBITDA of $0.5 to 2.5 million in business-to-business industries, such as specialty software/ hardware, specialty manufacturing, wholesale distribution and business services.
